Minimum 2-4 year of similar experience in high-end restaurants or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for service and food, and a dedicated work ethic.
Passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
An excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Knowledge of working in suggestive sales restaurant would be beneficial.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and growing concept. Experience and positive attitudes are required for the following position, Minimum of 2 year of restaurant experience. Bartenders, servers, bussers, line cooks and Dishwashers.
A commitment to hospitality and a desire to serve.
A minimum of one to two years high-volume, upscale-affordable restaurant experience preferable.
A demonstrated ability to connect and communicate with other Team Members and Guests.
Open availability and flexibility with schedule.
A motivated attitude and willingness to “hit the ground running” in a fun, fast-paced environment.
An ability to multi-task and prioritize to execute appropriate service expectations and tasks.
A minimum age of 18 for Kitchen Team Members. Front of House Team Members age requirements vary by local and State laws.
Have thorough knowledge of OPEN TABLE
Have at least 2 years of experience in the customer service or hospitality industry
Have excellent communication skills in English and second language is a plus
Have a passion for socializing with people and making them feel welcome
Be available to work nights and weekends
Have a consistently pleasant attitude and personal appearance
